    Phone Consultation

An initial complimentary phone consultation offers an opportunity for you to discuss your mental health concerns with me. During this brief call, I will listen to your needs, answer any questions you have about my services, and help you determine if we’re a good fit. If you’d like to work together, we’ll schedule your initial evaluation during this call.

    Comprehensive Initial Evaluation

Your initial intake appointment is a collaborative, person-centered session designed to understand your unique needs, concerns, and goals. During this appointment, I will take the time to get to know you, exploring your mental health history, current challenges, and personal preferences. Together, we’ll develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your individual goals and values.

    Medication Management

I focus on the thoughtful use of psychiatric medications as one part of your personalized treatment plan. During these sessions, we review how you’re responding to your current medications, discuss any side effects or concerns, and consider adjustments only when they support your overall well-being. I prioritize safety, clarity, and collaboration — ensuring that every decision about medication is made with intention, evidence, and your unique needs in mind. Medication management appointments are 25 or 55 minutes depending on complexity and combination with psychotherapy.

    Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy appointments provide a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained psychiatrist. Together, we work to understand the patterns and challenges affecting your well-being, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and grounded in evidence-based approaches, with the goal of promoting insight, resilience, and lasting emotional health. Individual psychotherapy appointments are 55 minutes in length.

    Perinatal Psychiatry

I offer consultation and second opinion regarding mental health treatment from preconception through pregnancy and postpartum. My focus is on safety, collaboration, and evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs. My goal is to partner with you during these important transitions, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and empowered.

Fees & Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. This allows me to offer longer appointments, individualized care, and a collaborative approach without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies.

    • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $450

    • Follow-Up Appointments:

      • 25 minutes: $265

      • 55 minutes: $325

Fees are due at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

  • Although I am out of network, many patients choose to use their out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I will provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your specific plan.

I encourage patients to contact their insurance provider directly to ask about:

    • Out-of-network mental health benefits

    • Deductibles and reimbursement rates

    • Coverage for psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits

  • By remaining out of network, I am able to:

    • Spend more time with patients

    • Provide care tailored to individual goals and values

    • Maintain flexibility in treatment planning

    • Protect patient privacy and confidentiality

Many patients find that this model allows for a more personalized and effective treatment experience.
