Beginning March 2026, I will be accepting new patients for in-person visits in my office in Brunswick, ME and also for teleheath for individuals located throughout Maine. Please fill out the form on my Contact page if you’d like to be notified when I begin scheduling patients.
-
Yes. I offer Telehealth for all services through a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform. Patients must be physically located in Maine when telehealth sessions take place.

I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. I can provide you with a superbill at your request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Being an out-of-network provider means that I am able to provide confidential, personalized psychiatric care without the limitations that insurance companies often place on treatment.
At this time, I do not accept patients with Medicaid or Medicare, even if you wish to pay out of pocket for services.
-
At your initial evaluation, we will decide together what the right treatment plan is for you. This may mean individual therapy only, medication management only, or a combination of both.
-
I have experience treating a wide variety of mental illnesses including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. I also have special interest and additional training in perinatal psychiatry, which means that I am trained to treat individuals before, during, and after pregnancy.
-
No. While perinatal mental health is a special focus of my practice, I also work with adults across many life stages. If you’re planning a pregnancy or navigating another reproductive transition, that may also be an appropriate time to seek care.
-
You don’t need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to seek care. If your thoughts, emotions, or symptoms are causing distress, interfering with your daily life, or just don’t feel like “you,” that is reason enough to reach out.

If you’d like to be notified when I start scheduling new patients in March 2026, head to the Contact page and fill out the form. When the time comes, I will reach out to schedule a free 15 minute phone call. I will call you at the time you choose for a brief conversation about you, your mental health concerns, and how treatment might help. You and I will decide whether working together seems like a good fit. If it does, you will schedule your intake evaluation either in person or via telehealth.
